After going with friends a couple times, paying, others paying, and waited to get billed from the payers. The most painful time is when we have to settle all those bills with different payers, trying to offset with each other, and finally give up to seperately repay.
So I decided to create this spreadsheet to settle all the expenses of the trip. Yes, this can automaticly offset against each payer!

I was using the first version for a year now. Then I realized, there was too much transfering transaction with the current netting sheet.
So I decided to figure how to lessen the transaction and found out the new logic.
If we could just find the most paid person in the group and everyone just pay to that person, things will get a bit easier. Because in real life, there would be 1-2 person paying for each trip. End of the story.
