Before I tried this challenge, I always have an excuse for skipping workout for months.
When there was no Covid pandemic, I used to go to the gym and I really enjoy it.
But after I got a job I started to skip and have no time for myself to exercise like before.
When I decided to change firm and have my time for a month before starting a new job,
I think that I have to really get myself together and do good things for myself.
After finished this challenge, I realized how easy it is to workout everyday.
First week was a bit hard to continue workout but after that week I started to automaticallv
remember to workout in the afternoon or evening like it was programmed in my brain.
I think the real benefits from the challenge is to get used to do daily workout
creating the habits that truly value yourself
